After seeing a red leopard print mini dress in Tom Ford’s Fall 2018 runway show, I have officially fallen in love with animal print again. Especially when it is juxtaposed againgst a bold statement color such as red which gives this ongoing, almost dated fashion trend a refreshing, new twist. But since I obviously can’t afford a $6.000 Tom Ford dress, I had to start looking for affordable alternatives elsewhere than in high-end fashion. Luckily, the trend got picked up by mainstream fashion and soon there were plenty of budget-friendly choices to be found at fashion giants like ASOS, Topshop, River Island and others. I finally got lucky at New Look and bought myself a lovely red leopard print wrap dress in midi length for under $40. But lately, I’ve been craving more red leopard pieces. I’ve recently stumbled upon two gorgeous red leopard print midi dresses and now I just can’t decide which one I like more. So I want you to help me pick a favorite. The contender on the left is Reformation’s Gavin dress which comes with a dramatic side slit but also costs a whopping $218. The contender on the right is a wrap dress by Bardot which has a plunging deep v-neckline, also some significant leg cleavage but a more reasonable price tag of $109. Which of the two beauties would end up in your shopping cart? Help a sister out and take the poll below.
