Real vs. Steal – Balenciaga Ceinture Double-Buckle-Strap Boots

Writing up a post about these “Ceinture” buckled boots by Balenciaga is a tough one for me. Why? Well, mainly because I don’t find myself very attracted to this type of masculine biker boots. Nor am I tall or skinny enough to pull off such a bulky boot. However, since these boots have been making the rounds on a number of style blogs and celebs lately, here you go with a couple of budget-friendly alternatives.

And of course, Jeffrey Campbell has come up with their own interpretation of Balenciaga’s bulky biker boot and named it Roscoe. It’s the most expensive of all look for less options ($248), but I like the shape of this boot the most and it’s the closest to the original.
