They are ornamented with luminescent crystals, appearing of different hues at every angle. These shoes are extremely versatile as they can be worn with day or evening wear, and accessorized with some jewelry or serve to be a solitary statement piece. These buckled ankle boots were designed by shoe design genius Giuseppe Zanotti for the hottest brand in Fashionville right now, Balmain, for their Fall 2009 footwear range. I wasn’t really a fan of this collection until I saw these badass rocker booties. My only problem: finding the pocket change to afford these. Sigh!
