This one’s an oldie but goodie. Back in February 2008 Carrie Underwood attended the Clive Davis’ annual Pre-Grammy Party looking adorable in a monochrome tiered strapless chiffon dress by Marchesa. The black bodice had a cute black bow attached and Carrie perfectly accessorized her glamourous ensemble with matching bling and black satin YSL sandals.

We all first saw this dress on Blair Waldorf (played by Leighton Meester) in an episode of Gossip Girl called “Summer Kind Of Wonderful“. Leighton looked absolutely amazing and until today this look belongs in my top 3 of all her Gossip Girl outfits. Paris Hilton came second and British soap star Emma Rigby has worn this beautiful dress as well.

BB Dakota “The Sassy” Dress

I’v been looking for ages to find a look-a-like dress of the Joelle frock and finally found it in the form of this BB Dakota dress. But at the time I tried to place my order, it was already sold out. Boohoo! However, weeks later I now found the same dress elsewhere for $75. The BB Dakota dress might be missing the cute front-bow, but otherwise both dresses are practically identical.

I just stumbled upon your site and LOVE IT! I was wondering if in your research you ever came across a knockoff version of the Christian Louboutin Striped Satin d’Orsay sandal in blue. I would love to have this shoe to wear for my wedding but since I am paying for said wedding I can’t afford to drop a grand on shoes alone.

I just stumbled upon your site and LOVE IT! I was wondering if in your research you ever came across a knockoff version of the Christian Louboutin Striped Satin d’Orsay sandal in blue. I am sorry to say that I failed to find an alternative in the desired color (see UPDATE #1 below), but I certainly did stumble upon a few Armadillo look-a-likes which you can find listed below. You could go for one of these, blow your budget and buy the originals or opt for a total different wedding shoe (some Manolo Blahnik Sedaraby look-a-likes perhaps?)

Don’t they look exactly like the Louboutins (well, except for the luscious red sole, of course)? They retail for $26.99 only! Yay!
