These amazing platforms are from Charles Anastase‘s S/S 2009 show but I guess I’m a little behind the curve because I only just discovered them. While I can’t imagine anyone actually wearing them (how did the models not break their necks strutting down the runway?) I do find them aesthetically pleasing. If only that heel was just a little shorter and I think we would have ourselves a winner.

Jeffrey Campbell “Foxy” Platform Sandals
UPDATE (09/09/2010): If you missed out on the Dany platforms, here’s your second chance to get almost identical knockoffs by Jeffrey Campbell.

Jessica Simpson “Dany” Platform Sandals
I was SO happy to find these Jessica Simpson “Dany” platform sandals. They are everything the originals are but in a much more digestible form. A slightly lower heel makes them more wearable and a $98 price tag means you don’t have to think twice about bringing these bad-boys home.

It’s been a while since I last featured a Heel of the Day here on this blog. This is mainly due to me feeling very uninspired by the shoes that came out lately. However, when I first laid my eyes on these stunning red high heel sandals by Boutique 9 my obsession with shoes was fully restored. Even more so when I saw the $140 price tag! What, $140 only? To me these heels look very designer to me. Color me impressed. And just for the record: I’m so going to buy these red heels. Just not right now. My current budget still hasn’t fully recovered from the Christmas craze that happened last month.

Here we have yet another posterbook example of fabulous airport fashion. Look how Fergie is rocking her flaming red REISS blazer (currently on sale; hint, hint!) with white skinnies by Joe’s Jeans and a floral print blouse, also by REISS, underneath. She could’ve done better in the shoes + bag department, but overall I like this look a lot on Fergie!

First a little gossip. Did you know that Tory Burch is dating one of the pioneers of hip hop? Yep. Who knew? Gosh, I do love a woman with an edge. Just when I thought I could put Miss Tory in a box, she goes and surprises me. Not only with her men choices, but with her edgy Carla sandal as well. And look, no signature logo emblazoned across this heel anywhere. Well, you won’t actually get to see it because this beauty is sold out – at $495 no less. But we did find a pretty impressive steal below.

Liliana Candela-17 T-Strap Sandals
As the head buyer for my own company, I saw this heel at Liliana, placed the order then canceled. Who knew it was a Tory Burch knockoff? A pretty good & cheap knockoff at that – only $40! Between me and you, the bronze/gold color is the best. Enjoy ITC readers in a variety of colors: black, pewter and bronze/gold.
