Priced at only $79 these Chinese Laundry wedges will give you the same Prada look. Yet, they’re not as tall as the Pradas nor does this shoe have the nice curvature that the Prada wedge gives you. Ever have those days when you’re feeling blue and need a serious lift? Well, metaphorically speaking these Platform Bow Sandals by Giuseppe Zanotti may just be your go-to shoe. First off, a) they are a vibrant blue color, b) they have a soaring heel and c) they’re gorgeous! Though one might possibly break an ankle trying to walk in them, the mega-boost of height is insured. Luichiny “Rest Up” Bow Platform Sandals

Luichiny seals the deal for me. Just look, the difference is barely discernible unless you are a guru at spotting the “imitation” shoe. The color is just as vibrant, the bow is slightly smaller, and the ankle strap seems to be in place. The most important factor is that the grand heel is still a focal point, which I absolutely adore. Real vs. Steal – Azzedine Alaïa Raffia Platform Wedge Sandals

One of my favorite designers is Azzedine Alaïa. I can always expect beautiful craftsmanship and design, but that usually comes with a not so beautiful and quite large price tag. Just look at these Raffia Wedge Sandals; they exude all of the elements that make Alaïa a known name in the fashion industry. Obviously, many would agree with that statement as they are sold out (image was found via NET-A-PORTERls). Fortunately, if you want to steal this style, we found an alternative that is just perfect for summer!

Real vs. Steal – Casadei 6471 T-Strap Platform Wedge Sandals

Sculpted heels are becoming more and more predominant due to the architectural style and appeal. I have to say that these T-Strap Platform Wedges by Casadei are like a masterpiece in their own right. While providing a mega-boost, they also ensure comfort due to the extra support of the wedge heel. The golden bronze accent cutting through the heel is brilliantly incorporated and makes the boldness of the shoe truly emphasized. While I may not be able to afford these beauties for $960, and they are already sold out, the steal below has got me covered.

Vince Camuto “Babe” T-Strap Platform Wedge Sandals

The wooden heel is more defined in these “Babe” T-Strap Platform Wedge Sandals by Vince Camuto which really brings out the bohemian aspect. The cognac leather harmonizes with the boho-chic style of this shoe yet the sophistication of the sculpted heel is definitely present. These contradictory elements work together, ultimately bringing us a beautifully designed shoe priced at $159. As much I love the cognac color, the black version is just as stunning.
