From spiked hair to spiked drinks – I’m your girl! And now a nice spiked pump. What more can a girl ask for? Well, a much cheaper price Ms. Louise Goldin would be nice. Gosh, those darn pounds will getcha every time. But luckily we discovered a rather impressive alternative on this side of the Atlantic… for a lot less!

Liliana “Angelina” Spiked Pumps
I think we have a Guardian Angel. OK, maybe more like a beautiful friend named Angelina, courtesy of Liliana shoes. I love Liliana for this very reason. They really know how to make (shoe) dreams come true without breaking the bank! Not to mention, they granted our wishes by giving us this pretty spiked $40 heel in 4 colors: black, brown, cream and red faux suede. Hmmmm… I wonder if they could make us as beautiful as Angelina Jolie by wearing these pumps?

OK, so I’m having this thing with nude shoes lately. And this Giuseppe Zanotti pump is so sophisticated with the low heel and the contrast of suede and leather. This shoe would look so elegant with a business suit. And to me, I feel the price is not bad at all! On sale for $384.09. But, if you still don’t want to foot the bill, see below for a second choice.

Nine West “Quirky” Gathered Pumps
The Nine West version gives you the same look and it’s only $85 instead of $300+! Plus the shoe comes also in grey, off-white and black leather. I’m still loving the Giuseppe Zanotti Pleated Pump because I love the contrast of the suede and leather, but this is also a very nice choice for your wallet.

Most people would probably say the metallic detailing by the toes is what makes these L.A.M.B. pumps stand out, but from where I’m sitting, that’s just the added extra. I love the double buckle and cutout sides. I think they add interest and it’s what really sets this pair aside from other pumps. If you think otherwise, we can agree to disagree…

L.A.M.B. Roderick Pumps
($346, SOLD OUT)
…about the L.A.M.B. pumps that is, but we can pick up the same discusson about these Miss Me pumps because they are so close to exactly the same. Miss Me does a great job of bringing all the style at a fraction of the price. Great for day or night, the only problem is choosing a color. Available in beige, black, brown & green.

I know you’ll hate me for showing you these heels by Rock & Republic because they’re rather on the pricey side, but not unattainable thus worth at least considering. I’m sorry for that. This blog is usually not meant to empty your wallet, but these kickass pumps have stolen my heart and I MUST share my love with you.
Let’s start with the statement-making version of these… the yellow one – OH MY GAWD! Can you imagine how incredibly sexy & hot these would look with a pair of dark washed skinny jeans and a simple black tank? Your backside would be talk of the town! And if yellow isn’t your speed and you rather prefer subtle sexiness with your shoes, I recommend considering the all-black version which is more muted but equally gorgeous in its own jet-black way. Put these on and you’re sex on heels. Alright, now get on with your hate mail, I can handle it.
