I’m a sucker for all things ASOS, but in the last few months and weeks I kind of fell out of love with it a little. The new arrivals didn’t thrill me, promotions became fewer and not so attractive and I just wasn’t feeling like shopping there. Obvioulsly that changed today when I saw a buck load of new bright and colorful arrivals which ignited the spark again. Check out my latest ASOS obsessions below and let me know what you think of my selection. Oooh, and if you decide to shop at ASOS in the coming days, there’s a great promo going right now until 01/22/2012: spend $150 or more and get $30 OFF full price items. Simply enter code “USSAVE30” at checkout to see your savings!

So the obvious 70s fashion craze is back for spring, and what better inspiration for this trend than these Althea Platform Wedges by Charles Anastase. So these may not be my latest shoe obsession, but they are already sold out! I do like the platform wedge though; it is certainly not very sensible as an everyday shoe, but that really has never interfered with fashion. The design is unique even though it seems a bit simple, but I think that’s what gives off the boho-chic vibe. However, they are sold out and regardless I don’t have the designer budget.

Mojo Moxy “Cher” Wedge Sandals
Though we have months ahead before it officially becomes spring and summer, these Mojo Moxy “Cher” Wedge Sandals are great for early shoppers. I think that the 70s inspiration in these wedges is really apparent, but they are much more wearable. These orange ones are probably my favorite, but they are also available in black and taupe.

So today I stumbled upon these cute 4 cable-knit beanie hats at Topshop and I can’t make up my mind which color is my favorite! I do love how the orange and the green one stand out, but the navy and grey versions are much more wearable and combinable. I do have a very similar beanie in grey, so this one’s pretty much ruled out, but the other 3? Tough choice, people. However, I secretly find myself gazing at the pumpkin version the most. Shall I go for that one?

Isn’t this woven leather bag available at BagInc just absolutely lovely? The shape and design is heavily inspired by Mulberry’s Taylor satchel
while the color reminds me of the iconic Hermès Birkin in burnt orange. It’s probably the most perfect bag for Halloween, don’t you agree? Love the pumpkin color!

Neon colors have been slowly taking over my wardrobe lately. I now own several neon belts (including all three shown below), neon nail polish, neon tops, neon shoes and a neon skirt. Crazy I know! But I really like how the bright colors pop against black, grey and neutrals. It makes for a great contrast and certainly draws attention on your outfit. I happened to find the perfect matching neon shoes to go with the neon skinny belts from ASOS. Mix & match to your heart’s desire!
