And here we go with a second “Style Blogger Look 4 Less”-feature for a look I spotted on the adorable Wendy from Wendy’s Lookbook a few days ago. As usual I loved her look head-to-toe, especially the cute floral shorts and cap-toe pumps, and hence decided to recreate it but with a more budget-friendly approach. Also our look is less peachy and more monochrome than Wendy’s, but I still think we hit the right tone here.

Floral print is EVERYWHERE and on EVERYTHING right now. We’re seeing it on pants and denim, skirts, tops, dresses, accessories. And while I do love anything with a flower print on apparel I’m not 100% sure whether I love floral printed shoes just as much because I usually prefer clear lines and clear patterns on my footwear. However, these Dollhouse floral espadrille platforms sure are attention grabbers – & in a good way I think. These would look great with a summery white dress or solid colored capri pants, especially the bright pink or turquoise version. What do you think? Help me make a decision: are these shoes hot or not?

I know everybody in the fashion industry is currently riding the floral pants bandwagon, but I happen to obsess over this gorgeous floral print skirt by Lipsy instead. It’s the epitome of femininity and what could be more fitting for Spring than a floral printed skirt or dress? The price of £35 isn’t too bad either (P.S.: Lipsy also offers a very reasonable £5 USA & Canada delivery. Just sayin’.

Having a new dress to welcome the new season, now that would be quite symbolic for a fresh start, wouldn’t it? My personal pick to start Spring season and revive my wardrobe would be this stunning frock by Juicy Couture. I love how it reminds me of precious hand-painted chinaware. The price could be a little friendlier though.
