These Blumarine Bejeweled Sandals (from the Fall 2009 collection) really need no words. That may be because they’ve left me speechless, they’re so damn hot. Stunning off, staggeringly gorgeous on, as illustrated by the lovely ladies below…

Chinese Laundry “Money Maker” Sandals
So if those Blumarine Bejeweled Sandalsare now haunting you like they are me, even if money is no object, they’re still a fantasy since they’re sold clean out. One alternative is this slightly chunkier pair by Chinese Laundry. The “Money Maker” has the same crystal detailing, but on a solid platform—if you’re planning on dancing the night away, this is the pair for you. The platform provides extra cushioning for the ball of the foot so you can shake your money maker a little bit longer.

As cage-style shoes gracefully make their exit from our must-haves, these shoes by Cesare Paciotti update the look and earn their place on our up-to-date feet. The ankle detailing is less cage and more web. They’re sexy (very sexy), stylish and who needs jewelry with a statement piece like these?

Paris Hilton “Trix” Sandals
UPDATE (06/23/2010): Paris Hilton‘s design team comes up with a near-copy of the Cesare Paciotti. Her “Trix” sandals only lack the little crystal stones. Otherwise they’re practically identical. Available in pewter, black or gold.

Let me be upfront about this. I am not a flats girl. The lowest heel I wear is probably a 1 inch wedge. That being said, I will often look around me, whilst out, and feel envious of all the girls who are seemingly floating on air in their cute flats. While they may not be for me, I can admit that they are a zillion times more practical than high heels and can often be just as cute. Take these Jimmy Choo Jill Studded Jelly Flats, for instance. Instead of wearing a pair of ratty old flip flops to the beach, how much cuter would it be to strut waterside in a breezy cover-up and these studded beauties? Unfortunately there is no way I’m going to spend $235 on jellies. Nope, ain’t gonna happen.

Jimmy Choo Jill Studded Jelly Flats
($235, Bergdorf Goodman)
Nina “Duffy” Jelly Flats
$39.95. You see, that’s what jellies should cost (I don’t know about you, but as a kid I always wore my pink jellies into the water). Besides the name attached, I’m really not seeing why the Jimmy Choo jellies should cost a whopping $200 more than these Nina “Duffy” flats. See-through, bling, cut-out sides, all the details are there. Now go frolic happily by the pool, knowing you saved yourself a wad of cash.

ALDO “Poduska” Jelly Flats
If you’re looking to have the blingiest (yes, I just made that up) feet on the block, why not consider these “Poduska” jelly flats by ALDO? Again, these are virtually identical to the Choos for a fraction of the cost. Add a bright coral pedicure and a fruity drink with an umbrella, and you’re well on your way to Summer fun.

Chinese Laundry “Sweet Revenge” Jelly Flats
I don’t know if you guys have fully caught on yet, but I am now on my third “steal” version of the Choo jellies. To me that says these flats are fairly easy to copy. So why would you spend a boatload of money on them?! These Chinese Laundry “Sweet Revenge” jelly flats have multi-color bling and that means more fun for your feet. Same shape and feel as the originals but much, much cheaper.

I know a girl whose wardrobe I would describe as basic in contrast to my own, which is trendy, very color-infused and contains never ending accessories. Hers is filled with things like t-shirts, dress pants and man tailored shirts. However, she suffers from a disease. A fashion disease. Something I like to call Louboutin-itis. No matter what the pair looks like, how much she realizes it will never go with anything she owns or what the price tag is – she falls under the spell of the red sole and hands over her credit card. Now while I don’t suggest this behavior for most, can I really blame her? It’s like being an art junkie. Surpisingly, the Spartenvol Strass 100 are a style she doesn’t have in her closet, but after seeing all the celebrity photos here, it may send her into a frenzy. Everyone needs a feminine dress shoe that has a little edge. Unfortunately for her, they’re all sold out.

Lauren Jones “Amanda” T-Strap Sandals
Lucky for girls like us, these Lauren Jones sandals are available and they are a fantastic alternative. The 3-tier strap gets 3 thumbs up (2 from me and one from her while she wipes her tears for the lost Louboutins) and the price is perfect. Available in black, blue, ivory and silver satin.

Are these Giuseppe Zanotti jeweled sandals gorrr-jusss or what? I can just imagine them on a bride at a seaside wedding, or with a flowing caftan, with a summery cocktail in hand. They’re just so feminine and I love that they’re jeweled, but with a bit of an earthy feel. But $1.075? That’s practically the cost of a plane ticket to the coastal paradise where I imagine myself wearing these beauties.

Don’t go breakin’ my heart…Kimmy! But she did. Double heartbreak, in fact. First, the *swoon* Sass & Bide Heart Breaker Dress, second, the shoot in Sydney, my old haunt. Sigh. Oh well. I already adore Kim Kardashian, but my love deepened when Kimmy hit Aussie soil and promptly made a beeline for Sass & Bide—she’s been photographed all over Sydney town in various S&B S/S 2010 creations.
Didn’t I tell you that S&B was part of what made my previous life Down Unda worth living? It’s true. One of the great exports of Australia, I say. And isn’t Kim absolutely frockalicious in this number? As they say in Oz, good on ya, mate!

The design house of Giuseppe Zanotti has been coming out with quite a few embellished heels lately and to be brutally honest, they’re not my favorite. I do like the blingy-ness (if you will) of these I96016 (huh?) Rhinestone Embellished Pumps but there’s something not totally luxe looking about them. I feel like I’ve seen pumps just like this in some of the lower end stores and I gotta tell ya, that kind of rubs me the wrong way. To ask me to pay $500 for a pair of easily dupable heels…uh uh. Sorry.

ALDO “Endow” Peep-toe Pumps
See, what’d I tell ya? These ALDO “Endow” pumps may not be exact copies of the originals but they’re pretty darn close. It looks like they may have even used the same bijoutier for those rhinestones. I’m a fan of the rich black suede but most of all I’m a fan of the price: $44.98 sounds a lot more suitable for these pumps, don’t you think?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, everyone needs a little bling for their feet. Wear your trusty old LBD but jazz it up with some jewelry – of the foot variation. I present to you Giuseppe Zanotti‘s ornamented sandals. Ink black base, 4 inch heel, blue and silver jewels affixed on delicate straps. Need I say more? The only problem is that, while these are on sale for $563.50 (what, only?), they actually retail for $1.140. Personally, I’d rather put that towards real jewelry.

Martinez Valero “Carmela” Sandals
If you love the Giuseppe Zanotti Ornamented Sandals we featured above and are ready to throw down some serious cash, WAIT! Just look at these “Carmela” Sandals by Martinez Valero. They are virtually indistinguishable from the Giuseppe Zanottis – down to the multicolored gemstones – but only cost a fraction of the price. So pretty and so affordable! Also available in ivory.

Did you know that Italian shoemaker Giuseppe Zanotti first expressed his creative side as a DJ in the ’80s? Yeah, looking at his I90089 Embellished Sandals, I would never have guessed it either, because the man makes a sensational sandal. And an expensive one as well….the original retail price of this sublime strappy creation is $695, and frankly, even on sale at $405.32, it’s a hard purchase to justify. Of course Zanotti’s shoes are borne of old-world, Italian shoemaking standards, but that’s still a heck of a lot of euros for a sandal.

BCBGeneration “Mercury” Sandals
Every so often we get lucky and hit the mother lode in terms of designer lookalikes, and today is one of those lucky days. Can you see the difference between the Zanotti sandal above, and the “Mercury” by BCBGeneration? I certainly can’t. Actually, there is one major difference: the price tag. Try $109.95 on for size…feels a whole lot better than $400+, doesn’t it? Also available in black, cream & white.

Nothing says I’m dressed up like a ladylike, satin stiletto—and these Jimmy Choo Satin Peep-toe Pumps say that and then some. They are dressy, yes, but in a restrained, Upper East Side way. Can’t you just see Lily of Gossip Girl fluttering around a charity event in them?

Martinez Valero “Orli” Satin Peep-toe Pumps
While satin and jewels are de rigeur in the world of formal wear, thankfully, an $895 price tag is not. Next time you have a semi-formal or formal event, consider the “Orli” Satin Peep-toe Pump by Martinez Valero. Like those enviable Choos, the gleaming “Orli” exudes elegance, complete with that subtle bow-and-buckle detail. If we could get the fictional Lily to sport this pair as well, she’d have $735.05 left over to give to her pet charity. Available in black, blue, red, bronze, ivory & silver satin.
