And here we go with a second “Style Blogger Look 4 Less”-feature for a look I spotted on the adorable Wendy from Wendy’s Lookbook a few days ago. As usual I loved her look head-to-toe, especially the cute floral shorts and cap-toe pumps, and hence decided to recreate it but with a more budget-friendly approach. Also our look is less peachy and more monochrome than Wendy’s, but I still think we hit the right tone here.

Looking at this pump-slash-bootie it makes me go hmmmmm because it looks so unlike Givenchy. Their footwear range is typically very bold, daring and edgy while this shoe is rather simple in design. A timeless classic, indeed, and very versatile (you can wear it with virtually everything your wardrobe has to offer), but it’s not like I’d be willing to lay down €375 for such a plain design. And this is already the sale price, people!

Luckily, neither I nor you will have to fork out hundreds of dollars when there’s Nine West around who give us an almost identical twin of the Givenchy booties. $119 is a price I can definitely live with, you too? Available in black & taupe leather and black & red suede.

I’m so infatuated with the leopard print trend, it’s getting ridiculous. This is the third time I am writing about leopard print shoes, but all these great styles keep coming and coming and I would be a bad, bad fashion blogger not to let you know about them. So here you have it: a new batch of gorgeous leopard shoes. Let me know what you think. Have you already bought some leopard shoes or do you rather skip this wild trend?

Animal prints. They can be a dangerous thing for women; nothing spells C-R-A-Z-Y like too much print on your person or in your house. But sometimes you can’t blame a girl for not being able to get enough, because all that tiger, and zebra, and cheetah…oh my! There’s just something about it that makes you feel exotic and wild.
Animal Print Heels – Designer Edition
You know here at InTheirCloset, we love you ladies, and we want to help all of you put your best foot forward. Especially one shod in a Wang Alla wedge—the only exception to the one print, one piece rule. Since prints are quite potent, the easiest way to ensure sartorial success is to limit that zip of zebra to your shoes. So we’ve rounded up the leaders of the designer pack, for your inspiration and fascination…

We recently featured a Camilla Skovgaard shoe, and here’s another scandalously hot Skovgaard stiletto. I’m thinking the A9010 Ankle Wrap Sandal can make any leg look good. This pair was originally $395, and if you’re after a Skovgaard for your collection (they’re really like works of art), $217.25 is a fair price. Snap ‘em up before they’re gone, ladies!
