Monsieur Christian Louboutin transports us back into the 70′s with his groovy “Super Dombasle” cork platforms. Well, describing these just as platforms might be a slight understatement. SUPER MEGA BADASS PLATFORMS would be more fitting, I guess. I don’t know whether I would be daring enough to rock these 6 inchers, but I sure love the bright turquoise suede on these and cork shoes are ideal spring/summer shoes.

To no one’s surprise Steve Madden has copied Louboutin’s mega platforms, but tamed them a little by reducing the platform by 1.25 inches which I actually prefer because it makes them so much more wearable. If you’re not into brights, these beauties also come in blue or black floral print.

I have been adimring these since I saw them on a blog. Love the org. but I can barely afford the S.M.’s
I really wanted those shoes! I wish they didn’t show so much toe though, i wonder how comfortable the SM ones are.
