To brighten up your day – both literally and metaphorically – simply turn to these Lady Peep Spikes Platform Pumps by Christian Louboutin for an instant (mood) lift. They are bold, edgy and elegant in their own right. These stunning red heels master the popular spiked detailing all the while maintaining Louboutin’s signature shape. They are so captivating that staring becomes the most appropriate form of admiration. But besides that, these pumps – with their bold detailing and all – manage to be very wearable. The budget of $1.395 is not necessarily the price one has to pay for these beauties as we have several affordable look-a-likes below!

ALDO “Petrona” Spiked Peep-toe Pumps

These “Petrona” Spiked Peep-toe Pumps are one-for-one in comparison with the Louboutins above. They appear to be so strikingly similar that it is hard to believe that these ALDO pumps are priced at a mere $100 as opposed to the exuberant designer price. The detailing is quite similar and questions whether it is even worth splurging $1000+ on designer footwear, when one can purchase something so similar with a budget-conscious outlook. In addition to this bold red color, these pumps are also available in black for a superlative edgy vibe.

Steve Madden “ANDIIE” Spiked Platform Pumps

HOT DEAL: Use promo code “SMAUG1” to get 15% off orders of $80 or more at Steve Madden including free shipping! Offer valid through 08/31/2013. Some exclusions apply.

Not only are these Steve Madden “ANDIIE” Spiked Platform Pumps an amazing Louboutin look-a-like, they are also extremely budget-friendly, currently on sale for $47.99! I really like both the nude and black patent as they are very eye-capturing, but are more toned down which makes them easier to wear for various events and occasions. The heel is also one my favorite aspects about this shoe as it is sky-high which elongates the legs and overall gives a very flattering appearance. Although these spiked platforms are generally very fun, they also have a note of modern elegance. For example, Kate Beckinsale looks so polished and elegant.
