When the H&M Garden Collection debuted last week, and promptly flew off shelves, I had a feeling that a floral revolution was upon us. I, myself, have been lusting after a floral bustier for what feels like ages. Of course the onset of spring always brings with it a love of all things abloom, but this year feels especially flowery. Clearly our favorite starlets are just as besotted – and with the floral mini-skirt in particular. It feels fresh and young and pairs equally well with knee-high boots as it does with sky-high heels. I don’t always advocate jumping on the trend wagon but in this case all I can say is “welcome aboard”.

In floral news. I’m loving the floral on EVERYTHING. It’s just too cute. I can envision floral flats with light wash jeans and a plain white tee and beach loved hair. I can see a floral top with a high waist skirt. I am definitely loving the floral trend, even though it’s so “in” right now.
Candace, Lauren is wearing Miu Miu Double Cross Platform Sandals in the picture above which are probably her most-loved shoes EVER!
There were a few good knockoffs available about a year ago when the Miu Mius were new on the block. Nowadays, it’s definitely more difficult. The heels Annie pointed out, however, are great and a great alternative I think. I think I’m going to do a little bit more research and do a post on these soon as well. Thanks, Annie!
