As a shoe lover I naturally love shoes in all shapes and sizes, but to be honest I was never quite a fan of gold shoes. Most of them I find too flashy and especially cheap gold shoes often look extremely cheesy to me. So while I might not be too keen on gold shoes per sé, I do love me some gold accents just like the ones you see on these grey pumps by Angeles. The grey faux suede makes these pumps work attire appropriate whereas the gold bow & heel makes them dressy enough for a cocktail party or a girls’ night out. You like?

I wish I wouldn’t love high heels as much as I do. Because let’s be honest, it’s a one-sided love. If you’ve ever danced the night away in a pair of 5″ stilettos you KNOW what I am talking about. At some point your feet will pinch so much you’d do anything to get them off your feet. I regularly go home barefeet after a night of clubbing in high heels. Afterwards, I always want to swear off high heels and switch to cute ballet flats. But it never works! I just can’t dress up in a sleek sexy dress and wear flats with it. Can’t stand the way it loooks. Long story short; I will continue loving sky-high heels even if they pain the hell out of me!
And these dangerously high platform pumps by Harajuku Lovers I LOVE! They do have Charlotte Olympia written all over them – a shoe designer who mastered the art of designing the perfect platform heel. And I have a slight feeling I know who’s the mastermind behind these ones (Celine, I’m talking to you! 
). They come in 3 beautiful colors (black, brown and blue) and I just love the shortened duo-tone platform. Yes, the 1 3/4″ platform will help make the 5 1/4″ heel more manageable, but don’t be fooled though, your feet will still hate your for wearing these. You know what? My feet can shut up!

I know we covered nude shoes here only a few days ago, but I just happened to come across the loveliest nude pump ever! The “Moos” by ALDO! Isn’t this shoe pure perfection? I absolutely love the lightweight nude shade; the heel is high, but not unmanageable, it has a nice platform for extra comfort and the patent (real!) leather adds some shine. The price of $75 is very reasonable, too. The downside? Only size 8 available… bummer (damn you, size 9 feet!) These shoes do come in an array of other neutral colors though including a taupe version for darker skin colors.

OK; this is just ridiculous. Solestruck got a brand new shipment of Jeffrey Campbell “Tick” wedges in today and within hours while I was preparing this post, most sizes have already sold out… for the 99th time probably. I knew people are crazy about these silver tack wedges, but who knew just HOW crazy they were to get their hands on them. It probably has to do with the many public outings on fashion/style blogs (see picture below) why they are so popular. I hate to jump on the trend bandwagon, but damn, these look HOT! It was only yesterday that I told you about these hot hidden platforms pumps by Mixx. They’re very reminiscient of Christian Louboutin’s Rolando pumps and I was right to say that you better act fast if you want to snap these up because I just checked and the black version is already completely sold out at LuLu*s.
