The Yves Saint Laurent Baobab Python Wedge is a statement piece on its own as it can spice up any outfit. I adore the juxtaposition of the various colors; the olive and orange among the gray python creates a frivolous pattern adding more depth and texture to the overall appearance. Also, the sculpted heel is so artistic and fascinating to look at. These would make a great addition to my closet and perfectly coincide with my love of neutral toned clothing. But as much as I love YSL, I definitely cannot afford these amazing wedge sandals for $1.995. Take a look at the wonderful steal below!

Though a different color pattern, these shoes are definitely hot! With the magenta color and metallic undertone, you are destined to capture all of the attention. The sculpted heel is still very apparent just like in the YSL; the only thing that’s really missing would be the python print and a bit more straps. Other than that, the Jeffrey Campbell “FOR REAL” platforms are an identical match for $134.95. This steal is a sartorial sensation.

Looking at this pump-slash-bootie it makes me go hmmmmm because it looks so unlike Givenchy. Their footwear range is typically very bold, daring and edgy while this shoe is rather simple in design. A timeless classic, indeed, and very versatile (you can wear it with virtually everything your wardrobe has to offer), but it’s not like I’d be willing to lay down €375 for such a plain design. And this is already the sale price, people!

When I shop for dresses I often end up with a new sheath dress in my cart. I have so many pencil dresses now it’s almost ridiculous. But I just can’t help it; these type of dresses suit my body shape the best. Baggy dresses look absolutely horrible on me and babydoll dresses are just not my cup of tea. However it’s tough sometimes with so many sheath dresses in your wardrobe because a sheath looks always quite dressy and you can hardly go for a casual look if you put on a pencil dress. Not that I would mind too much though because I prefer to be over- than underdressed any time. Look at this stunningly beautiful sheath by Roland Mouret for example. It’s perfection! How am I supposed to ever stay away from these kinds of dresses? Simply impossible.

Enigma HH101 Clear Vinyl Pumps

A few weeks ago I came across these studded clear vinyl pumps by Enigma and my knockoff instinct rang out loud immediately, but I couldn’t put my finger on the original designer, so I quickly forgot about them. When Kay-Marie emailed me the pic of the DSQUARED² heels the Enigma pumps instantly popped up back in my head. You can clearly see the inspiration behind these even though they are not quite as high, have a rounder shape and gold flat studs instead of silver spikes. Overall still eerily similar, aren’t they? Available with black or white trimming.
