Jeffrey Campbell might not deserve a creativity award for his work since most of his styles are based on some other designer’s shoes, but I have to give kudos to him for being a great trendspotter. He picks up on trends when most high street retailers still replicate stuff from last season. These chain boots are an almost identical copy of the original Isabel Marant boots. They are not the cheapest at $244.95, but since the originals cost about $1300, they are still a great budget-friendly alternative.

I’ve always admired these buckled Chloé biker boots from afar, but couldn’t help but wonder how normal women are supposed to pull off such mid-calf boots without looking stumpy. There’s no way I could rock these with bare legs as Mischa and Miley below, but I figured with black tights and a pair of black skinnies I could totally make these boots work for me. Too bad they cost $1.175.

Believe it or not, but Victoria Beckham has established herself as a respected designer in the fashion world. She sure is no second Alber Elbaz (Lanvin), Riccardo Tisci (Givenchy) or Stefano Pilati (Yves Saint Laurent), but she has a huge celebrity following and as soon as anything VB hits the virtual shelves of NET-A-PORTER it’s almost all gone by the end of the day despite the ridiculous price tags.
