A simple summertime wedge is sometimes all a girl needs to be happy. Now what’s shocking is that this simple wedge is by Christian Louboutin – the Liberace of shoemakers! No crazy 7 inch wedge. So I think this is the first time, after more than 3 years of writing this blog, that I feature a sneaker here on In Their Closet. Actually, that’s not quite true. Because… don’t we all just love Alaïa shoes? Well, I know I do. He can do both extravagant and simple and still color me impressed. For instance, I adore these studded suede booties – and so does Hollywood.
