Leave it to Christian Louboutin to make loafers look at least somewhat attractive to me. I’m not saying I love these nor would I spend almost a grand on them, but the silver spikes do make these less old man looking and give it a Michael Jackson coolness instead. Often considered to be one of the most well known designers, his designs are truly never lackluster and always exude luxury. Capturing our attention a few months ago were the Pigalle Plato Pumps, and now these Pigalle 120 Patent-Leather Pumps do just the same. This papaya-pink color featured below is simply amazing with the addition of a pointed toe. Wow! I can’t really describe these Christian Louboutin Duvette Metallic and Patent-Leather Pumps in any other way. Far away from demure, these pumps are reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour and spark nostalgia within me. There is something special about these pumps that I can’t quite get a grasp of. Monsieur Christian Louboutin transports us back into the 70′s with his groovy “Super Dombasle” cork platforms. Well, describing these just as platforms might be a slight understatement. SUPER MEGA BADASS PLATFORMS would be more fitting, I guess. I don’t know whether I would be daring enough to rock these 6 inchers, but I sure love the bright turquoise suede on these and cork shoes are ideal spring/summer shoes.
