OMG! I’m out of words. If I had to describe these gold strass stiletto pumps by Christian Louboutin with 3 words, mine would be SEX – DIVA & DANGER. No need for a foreplay if you’re wearing these heels. I probably could walk (or rather stand) in these a mere 5 minutes at most, but it’d be sooo worth it. Too bad they’re out of my budget. Even though I don’t know the exact retail price I’m pretty sure it’s somewhere around $2.000. Bummer!

Charlotte Russe Glitter Pumps
If you love Christian Louboutin’s crystal encrusted Pigalle stilettos just as much, but don’t have a fortune to spend either, why not opt for these very budget-friendly glitter pumps by Charlotte Russe instead? They would look lovely with a red or black dress (see Fergie above), don’t you think? Sooo gorgeous. But don’t be fooled by their cuteness; the arch on these is pretty high and the stiletto heel will bend your feet towards the sky, so always have a second pair of comfy flats or flat heeled shoes on hand. Available in either gold, silver or black.

Christian Louboutin is known for having a sense of humor, so it’s no surprise that while his shoes are immaculately constructed, many are decidedly irreverent. And his Very Galaxy Platform Pumps are certainly no exception with their jewel-toned, metallic shine and graphic top-stitching. Very inter-galactic, indeed! I imagine the Very Galaxy is probably exactly what Judy Jetson would have worn if Louboutin had set up shop in a galaxy near her.

Apparently the Very Galaxy is a huge fave of Earth-dwellers, because they’ve sold out in spite of their whopping price tag. But that’s OK…if you’re looking to get your galactic shine on too, the Miss Me Jocelyn-22 Stitched Platform Pumps are an outrageously good sub, with their lovely peep-toes, metallic sheen, and funky topstitching. They come in an array of colors, as well as a black version that is not included below.

I’ve been a huge fan of Brian Atwood for a few years and now that SJP flaunted her lilac Locas in the newest Sex and the City installment, it seems like everyone and their mother does love his shoes as well. Brian really stepped up his shoe game lately and these studded platform pumps with clear panel are sick! In a good way. I love the contrast between the feminine lilac color and the kickass sky-high heel and gold studs. Too bad they’re way out of my budget at $800 a pair.

So we received quite a few reader requests to find a knock-off of the uber-glam Bridget strass-adorned lace booties by the legendary Christian Louboutin. These were designed by Monsieur Louboutin for Marchesa’s ethereal Spring 2010 collection and perfectly reflected the brand’s affinity for feminine details like lace and embellishments. Month after month passed by and no knock-offs were in sight. I began to think that copycats à la Madden & Campbell shy away from this particular style because of the complicity of this shoe – the fragile strass & the delicate lace – details that’ll look incredibly tacky and wrong if done cheaply. But – lo and behold! Today was one of those rare lucky days…

Imagine my utter excitement when I spied these “Tano” sandals by Dollhouse yesterday! This knock-off is probably as good as it gets. Yes, they don’t have strass on the heel, but what do you expect from a $60 shoe? I think they look absolutely fabulous and they’re super affordable, on top of it. Gotta order these ASAP before you guys snap them all away. Available in gold, black and red. Order fast, I really don’t think these darlings will stay too long on the website once people catch wind of these Louboutins 4 less.

Do you guys remember when Sex and the City the movie came out and everyone went gaga (including myself) for Carrie’s Dior gladiator sandals? Those heels were amazing. I love that look of a pump with studs or embellishment; they’re like jewels for your feet. These Miu Miu Rivet sandals are equally as awe-inspiring. I’m such a fan of the deep chestnut color and the brushed silver studs. They are currently on sale right now for $320 (retail price: $795), but even that is still out of my budget. So we began the search for a cheaper version.

Vince Camuto “Mabel” Sandals
Look at these sandals. Now scroll back up to the Miu Mius. Aside from the color and maybe a *slightly* lower heel, can you see any discrepancies? I can’t. Vince Camuto has created an amazing knock-off of the Miu Mius. They have almost every detail down perfectly – including the stud swirls! At about half the SALE price of the originals, I say these are a must have. Also available in black.

AmiClubWear Peep Toe Stud Heels
Now if you’re looking for a super affordable version of the Miu Miu Rivet sandals, why not try these heels by AmiClubWear? At $25.99 they’re lacking some of the pretty, delicate details that the original pair have but they’re still very cute and that 5 inch heel will make your legs look miles long. If you’re checking out these shoes on the retailer’s site, make sure to click on the thumbnail where we see the model’s legs. The other pics show a slightly distorted image. These are also available in black, cream and grey but act quickly as only limited sizes are left.

New Look Studded Cut Out Platforms
UK retailer, New Look, has offered up a slightly more streamlined pair of platform pumps. The studs are there but they left out the swirly patterns. Still, it’s pretty clear where they pulled their inspiration from – the silhouette is virtually identical to the Miu Mius. The price, however, is not. These will only set you back about $34 or £25. Available both in the black, pictured here, and cream.

What came first: Sarah Jessica Parker‘s amazing sense of style or Sex and the City? Not quite sure what the answer to that is, but I do know that anytime SJP is seen in public, she really wows. Not only does she have a seriously kick-ass body that looks good in all sorts of styles, but she really takes risks too – some that really pay off, some that fall a little short. Here she is (with Cynthia Nixon) on the set of Sex and the City 2, looking every bit the fashion-forward NYer that she plays (and IS). My favorite part of the outfit, without hesitation, are those Brian Atwood Loca pumps. The gold studs are so very “now” and OMG that divine platform and d’orsay heel. Not cheap at $800, but most certainly stunning.

A few days ago we gave you the inside scoop on SJP‘s white jersey dress which she wore on the film set of Sex and the City 2 last September. If you can’t afford spending a fortune on the real deals, see our look 4 less below for a more affordable approach on Carrie’s summery look.

We’ll have to wait a few more months until we get to see the celluloid fashion extravaganza that is Sex and the City 2, but if you cannot wait until May to get your Carrie fix, how about shopping her fantabulous wardrobe as a fill-in? Last September Sarah Jessica Parker has been spotted strutting the streets of New York as Carrie Bradshaw in gold encrusted Louboutins, a delicate white v-neck dress by Halston Heritage with a gold Chanel box clutch and mirrored aviator sunglasses. SJP looked absolutely smashing, and from what I’ve seen up ’til now this is my favorite Carrie outfit from the movie. Film execs seemed to have been equally impressed with SJP’s resort look. Apparently so much they put it on the official movie poster. Me likey!

I know you’re going to love this! Remember the gorgeous blue Cinderella-like Manolos Carrie wore at the end of the Sex and the City Movie? Yeah, I couldn’t get them out of my head either. The classic design and the bold blue hue make them great contenders for your favorite formal footwear.

Sex and the City Loves Manolo Blahnik
In the movie Carrie said they cost $525, but due to the vast demand retailers almost doubled the price to outrageous $925 making them a fictional purchase only for most of us shoe addicts who are living on a budget. What a bummer!

RSVP “Zaza” Blue Satin Pumps
UPDATE (09/23/2009): Stumbled upon these awesome Manolo Blahnik knockoffs by RSVP today.
Look what I found! If you missed out on the Martinez Valero heels or just couldn’t justify the $160 price tag, these satin pumps by RSVP look almost identical, but are $60 cheaper. Available in blue, black, ivory and white. Grab these knockoffs while you can, I’m sure they are going to sell out super fast.
RSVP also has a flat heeled version of the Manolo Blahnik look-a-likes called “Cassie
” ($99) which looks exactly like the Martinez Valero version except with a low heel.

Shiekh “Mitzy Hachi-200″ Satin Pumps
UPDATE (09/23/2009): Another alternative to the Manolo Blahnik Something Blue satin pumps.
I know these satin pumps by Shiekh aren’t exactly knockoffs, but the blue satin and the vamp embellishment reminded me of the Manolo Blahniks above and since these here resemble the Sedaraby pumps by Blahnik famously worn by Carrie Bradshaw a lot, I thought I just put them here as a budget-friendly alternative for under $50. Also available in pink and black satin!

Martinez Valero “Zenith” Blue Satin Pumps
Do not despair however! Because Martinez Valero has finally heard our prayers! He came up with an almost identical pair of his own blue satin pumps which also have the vamp embellishment, but cost only about 1/10 of the original Manolos. So if you are in need of beautiful yet affordable bridal shoes, these here might be your best bet. But hurry, once the masses get wind of these Manolo Blahnik look-a-likes, I guarantee you, they will be gone in a minute!

Every woman should have at least one pair of strappy stiletto sandals in every basic color (like black, white, red, nude) because a strappy sandal makes a woman’s feet look instantly sexy. It sure isn’t easy walking around in high stiletto heels without looking like a squint-eyed, drunk stork, but once you have the hang of it, you’ll agree that it very well is worth the effort and pain. The Jimmy Choo sandals below would be a great investment if you are looking for high quality shoes.
