Menswear is ultimately my favorite trend, but the femininity of these Chloé wedges is irresistible. Though they may have a feminine touch, you can wear them in a multitude of ways including menswear aesthetic. The bow tie adds just the right amount of dynamism between it and the design, without distracting from the simplistic beauty of the shoe. This would be a very fashion-worthy splurge if they were in my budget. As I am not able to invest in Chloé wedges, the steal below is a splendid alternative.

Steve Madden earns the role of a hero when it comes to imitating designs from very lavish labels, hence Chloé. First off, I have to mention my affinity for these shoes because I simply cannot find a single flaw about them. The wedge height is stellar, and so is every other detail! They are lacking the bow detail, but the buckle makes a wonderful substitute and really adds a casual element. If I have yet to convince you, check them out in a variety of tones such as natural, black, and brown.

One of the biggest trends right now is 60s inspired wear, ranging from clothing, footwear, and handbags. This Chloé “Darla” Shoulder Bag demonstrates this 60s inspired appeal, which is exhibited in more of a modern way with an emphasis on sophistication. Rachel Bilson is one of my style-crushes. I pretty much fall head over heels for everything she wears. I love that she is neither obsessively trendy nor yawningly classic; she lands somewhere in the middle. So naturally she would choose 3.1 Phillip Lim‘s Edie Bow Studded bag as her go-to accessory. The bow is of course unapologetically girly, but the studs add a roughness. The size, too, is perfect. Obviously Rachel agrees as she appears to carry it constantly! Rachel isn’t the only one, however; we’ve also seen this bag on the shoulders of Diane Kruger, Leighton Meester and Nicky Hilton. I’d love to add my name to that list, I really would, but it’s the same old song: too pricey and sold out.

Miu Miu bags are just awesome. I can’t recall that I’ve ever hated a Miu Miu bag. This quilted beauty in blush is the perfect medium-sized everyday bag. It will fit your wallet, keys, cellphone & the always needed beauty supplies. Just wish this bag wouldn’t be a) sold out and b) so pricey!

Big Buddha “London” Bag
Big Buddha‘s “London” Bag is an almost identical dupe of the Miu Miu bag with the major difference being the size as the Big Buddha version is a lot bigger than the Miu Miu shown on the celebs above. However, it’s still a great bag to carry around and it comes not only in nude as shown below but also in a luscious strawberry red or beautiful camel.
