I’ve been a huge fan of Brian Atwood for a few years and now that SJP flaunted her lilac Locas in the newest Sex and the City installment, it seems like everyone and their mother does love his shoes as well. Brian really stepped up his shoe game lately and these studded platform pumps with clear panel are sick! In a good way. I love the contrast between the feminine lilac color and the kickass sky-high heel and gold studs. Too bad they’re way out of my budget at $800 a pair.

Hypnotic “Parker” Studded Pumps

These Hypnotic “Parker” pumps are a dead ringer for the Brian Atwood Locas. They come in 5 colors including taupe which is the closest to the original lilac, black, grey, red & blue faux suede. The black and grey version popped up on Shiekh Shoes today and you better head over and place your order immediately as these have sold out within hours at a few other retailers already. I couldn’t even write a quick post before they were all gone, so I held back until I saw a fresh restock and well, here you have ‘em. They’re quite cheap at only $49.97. Celebrity Look 4 Less – Dakota Fanning’s Leopard Look

How cute is Dakota Fanning? Just too cute for words and so is her outfit! I must admit, I love leopard print and I love the fact that young Ms. Fanning, has developed a style all her own. She manages to mix 4 styles seamlessly. A little punk-boots and black tights, some school girl with an a-line mini skirt, old Hollywood retro sunglasses and a touch of glam with the leopard print jacket. From North Dakota (her head) to South Dakota (her feet), I think this is a perfect overall look for a young starlet!

NYC Boutique “The Shark Bite Tank”

The KAiN Side Drape Pocket Tank is a wonderful wardrobe staple, but $94 for a tank top? Come on. That’s a bit much. Luckily, we’ve found an alternative that is not only cheaper, but better. “The Shark Bite Tank” by NYC Boutique has the same flowing sides and pocket, but it is less transparent. That’s good for two reasons: a dark legging or bottom doesn’t show through the shirt, and the material holds up longer. See? I told you it was a better choice.
