Charlize Theron is one of my red carpet icons and she never fails to impress – on and off the red carpet. Last year Charlize made an appearance on David Letterman looking sultry in a black body-con dress by Narciso Rodriguez. The dress may have looked simple from the front, but Charlize’s backview revealed stunning criss-cross details. Love this look!

Walter “Kristin” Little Black Dress

This Narciso Rodriguez LBD look-a-like by Walter will give you an almost identical silhouette and the same bondage effect though this dress is shorter than the original. Kristin Cavallari has been spotted wearing this dress to a fashion show a few days ago, so it can’t be too bad, right? Plus, it costs under $100 which is a steal considering you’d have to pay aproxx. $2k for the original.

Designer Fashion 4 Less – Azzedine Alaïa Gladiator Stiletto Sandals

There is such a thing as the perfect pair of summer stilettos and I believe Azzedine Alaïa created them. Look at these darlings below: wouldn’t they look perfect with a yellow sundress or white capri pants? They used to retail for approx. $1.000 at Browns, but it seems like they have sold out recently.

Celebrities Love Azzedine Alaïa

Azzedine Alaïa is loved by the celebrity world, so it’s no surprise to see female celebrities flaunting his designs on a regular basis. Charlize Theron for example looks chic wearing her black Alaïa sandals with a black tunic dress while Katie Holmes took a more casual approach by pairing her tan version (my personal favorite!) with a plaid blouse and cuffed boyfriend jeans. Celine Dion went the sexy route and sexed up her silver metallic Alaïa heels with a micro mini pink Balmain dress.

Boutique 9 Vivacity Sandals

These Azzedine Alaïa knockoffs from Boutique 9 are pretty much spot on except for the heel which is a bit thicker and not quite as high as on the originals. However, they also retail for a lot, lot less, being currently marked down from ~~$155~~ to $89.99. Also available in black leather.

UPDATE #1: Just found another pair of Azzedine Alaïa gladiator sandal knockoffs which you can buy from YesStyle. The heel is thicker, but other than that they have the same look and feel as the Alaia sandals. Sorry for the crappy pic, you can see the shoes from other angles on YesStyle’s website.

Last year these gladiator booties from Givenchy were all the rage on the red carpet. They took Hollywood by storm and sold out shortly thereafter despite the hefty price tag of $995.

Boutique 9 Joleen Gladiator Sandals

I have seen countless knockoffs of these Givenchy gladiator booties, but Boutique 9′s Joleen sandals are probably the best of the bunch. They are not 100% the same, but you can clearly see the inspiration Boutique 9 has taken from the Givenchys.

Not being the cheapest option, I’d still recommend these if you want Givenchy 4 less because they look well manufactured. Available colors are black, dove grey and tan.
