A couple of months back we did a post on Camilla Belle’s gorgeous Max Azria Silk mini dress, but at the time we didn’t have a steal version for you lovely folks. I gushed over the color and the shape, the ruffle, the slit, and how perfect it all was for summer. One thing not so worship-worthy was and is the price. I mentioned in a previous post that every woman needs a brightly colored dress in her fancy-function repertoire; so how happy was I to find this picture of Camilla Belle, demonstrating that philosophy perfectly! The bright sea-green of her Max Azria ruffle-silk dress looks great with her tan and she’s got some one-shoulder/Grecian action going on, which is an insanely popular silhouette right now. She chose the perfect (minimal) accessories to compliment her statement dress: a delicate chain, earrings and bangle and a matching silver clutch and pumps. Camilla is a gorgeous girl, but I think she looks especially hot in this little number.

With shoes, it’s like that: the more the merrier and the higher the better. Almost every outfit can be stepped up a notch if worn with a pair of high heels. Don’t believe me? Try it & you’ll see I’m right. Your legs will look leaner and longer and your whole posture will improve. Anyway… while I’ve never been a fan of Gucci (so overrated most of the time), I must admit I’ve been quite pleased (OK, obsessed) with their footwear range for Fall 2009. Especially with these triple platform stilettos. SO dangerous & sure super hard to walk in.

ALDO “Fogler” Platform Pumps
