Don’t tell anyone, but I’m a Kim Kardashian style stalker. It’s one of my (few) guilty pleasures. For some reason I have this weird fascination with whatever Kim K. wears; I need to identify it, recreate it or simply gush about it. Yup, you can call me strange. I guess Monica Rose, Kim’s stylist, does a very good job because I know I’m not the only one digging Kim’s newly evolved style.

I often don’t get why so many people are obsessed with Sienna Miller‘s style, but occasionally I find myself adoring one or two of her outfits. Last year Sienna attended the New York premiere of “The September Issue” in a baby blue Thakoon strapless mini dress which she paired with her favorite pair of sunglasses, gold Jimmy Choo heels and a gunmetal Bottega Veneta box clutch. No headbands or anything you’d call boho chic. Just pure sexiness! I LOVE when celebrities mix things up a little and stray away from their signature style!

I jumped on the skinny cargo movement a couple months back, so you know I just adore Leighton Meester in this utilitarian look. I didn’t think skinny cargos could be flattering, but the more I see them on, the more I am proved wrong. Leighton’s look may be neutral, but it’s anything but boring. And the best part is it is so easy to recreate, as you can see below.

In case you didn’t get the memo, the 2010 designer darling is Alexander Wang. And why not? Aside from his clothing lines, his bags are legendary, his shoes the definition of urban cool, and—mark my words—his Zoro Angular Acetate Sunglasses are going to be iconic. In 20 years’ time, your girls are going to be scrambling for their very own vintage pair. They are the cat eye of the noughties.

If you’re digging the Wang frame, but don’t have the cash (or the courage) to sport them, the #31202 Cat Eye Sunglasses by Sunglass Warehouse are a fantastic alternative. They have the same, delicious hard angles, just slightly less extreme. And for less than $14? That’s a pair you don’t have to be Beautiful Dirty Rich to rock. Available in red tortoise, brown striped & zebra print.

Budget Look is a new feature I’m introducing to InTheirCloset.com – it will be a regular feature where we put together whole outfits with affordable items trying to keep the total of the look under $200. The first budget look is revolved around a beautiful celery green summer dress I found on LuLu*s yesterday. It’s a color we don’t see often: a pastel light green with yellow undertones. While thinking about which color would compliment it yellow naturally popped up in my mind. Too bad yellow doesn’t get much recognition, it’s such an underestimated color. I guess people shy away from it because it stands out so much, but isn’t there a more perfect time to wear it than summer? The whole look comes in at a reasonable $161.99. Not too bad, right?

It’s unbelievably hot & sunny here in Germany right now which of course is a good thing unless you have to work in that windless summer heat. That’s why I do everything I can to stay cool & hydrated by taking cold showers every couple hours and drinking lots of cold peppermint tea which led me to the idea to do a feature on the color mint since it’s such a great shade for the summer. Check out my mint must-haves to stay cool in the heat:

Sometimes I see photos of Victoria Beckham and I wonder if we actually live in separate universes. Her’s is a world where you can go anywhere and 4+ inch heels seem to be the appropriate footwear choice. When my day calls for those shoes I cringe and throw a pair of additional flats into my bag. Nonetheless, seeing photos of her makes me want to be a person who wears heels more often. Though Victoria never looks comfy, she always looks fabulous. This outfit is no exception – sleek, sexy and pretty simple, but the bright yellow dress gives it the pop of color it needs to be defined as Very Victoria.

Reese Witherspoon is one of those celebrities who never looks like she’s trying that hard. She has an effortlessly chic style that I’m pretty sure many would love to emulate. Out and about in Brentwood, CA a couple of weeks ago, the petite star looked adorably incognito (fedora! sunglasses!) while managing to also shine ever so brightly in a red Madewell summer dress. Her army green jacket is a nod to the current military trend and her nude wedges made her legs look a mile long (OK, maybe several feet). It was easy to come up with our Look 4 Less pieces this go-around because Reese’s sweet Madewell dress is happily fairly reasonably priced!

Not so long ago people were calling Lauren Conrad overexposed. Remember that? Well, the former reality star did a total 360 by spending so much of the last year out of the public eye. I’m not sure about all of you, but now, I just miss seeing her and her very West Coast style. I’m sure you can imagine my excitement when the paparazzi slipped us a little bit of Lauren earlier this month, looking fresh and adorable in this somewhat 70s inspired ensemble.
