UPDATE: This post has been updated on January 22, 2015. Scroll down to see the new add.

We’ve discussed the fabulousness of Céline bags various times on this blog already, but did you know that the French design house makes some pretty great eyewear, too? Take their “Audrey” sunglasses for example. I love the simple yet chic design of these super black oversized sunnies, but the price tag of more than $200 (and we’re talking sale price here) is unfortunately a little to steep for my budget. Boohoo!

Let me tell you: if you have a chance to get your hands on a pair of Thierry Lasry sunglasses at a reasonable price, do NOT miss it! I bought a pair very similar to the ones shown below this Spring and they’ve quickly become my absolute favorite to wear during the summer. The quality is superb (very sturdy material, made in France) and they have a very classic, timeless design that will never go out of style. Just take a look at how cool they are on style blogger Chiara Ferragni. So fierce, right? However, retail prices for Thierry Lasry sunglasses are ridiculously high, so I would recommend buying this brand during a sale (I was super lucky and got mine for 50% off!).

MANGO Cat-Eye Sunglasses

If you’ve fallen in love with the cat-eye sunnies above, but can’t wait for sale season to come, here’s a great alternative I discovered while browsing through MANGO. The design is almost identical, but these stylish cateye sunglasses here can be purchased for less than 10% of the real deal. Score!

We haven’t had a sunglass post in a while, so here you go! Have I ever told you that I’m quite fond of cat eyes and tortoise when it comes to sunglasses? So naturally, I’m a little obsessed with these two-tone sunnies by Kate Spade. But since I have already about a gazillion pair of sunglasses at home, there’s absolutely no way I’d spend $165 on yet another pair.

Fantas Eyes “Witch” Cat-Eye Sunglasses

While doing my daily blog research I stumbled upon these lovely cat-eye sunglasses by Fantas Eyes and they instantly reminded me of the Kate Spade pair above. However, these are $22 only and you know what? I think I even like this steal deal more than the real deal. How about you?

What I love about style blogger Rachel from Pink Peonies is that she isn’t afraid of color. And ever since I saw her in these vivid cobalt blue pants I knew I had to recreate her fabulous look on a more accessible budget level. Et voilà! Here’s the result. Do you like it? Is it close enough to Rachel’s outfit?

A few months ago reader Carolyn e-mailed us and asked whether we could find her an alternative for the gorgeous baby pink moto jacket that Blair from Atlantic-Pacific wore in one of her outfit posts in February this year. Of course we took to this quest and were able to find a few suitable pieces, but none that I was perfectly happy with. I e-mailed Carolyn, made my suggestions and checked her request off the list, but this casual-cool pink look of Blair’s has never really gotten out of my mind ever since. Fast forward months later until today when I, while doing my daily research for this blog, happened to stumble upon this beautiful baby pink coat by JOA which instantly reminded me of Blair’s Sister Jane moto jacket. And while it isn’t a perfect match in terms of shape, the baby pink color as well as the material seem to be absolutely spot-on. And since I totally fell in love with this coat, I just had to recreate Blair’s look with our usual budget-friendly take. Hope you like my style blogger look 4 less.
